Cover Letters

A strong cover letter allows the employer to hear you explain, in your own words, why you should be selected for an interview.  It goes beyond the basic information in the resume and allows you to discuss your skills as they apply to the specific job and organization to which you are applying.  A cover letter should ALWAYS be included unless otherwise indicated by employer.
